Skytek Office Solutions ("Skytek") leverages both private and shared office spaces to build a versatile workspace that caters to permanent, temporary, and mobile/remote staff with built-in scalability to make your business more responsive to both planned and unforeseen growth curves. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the primary practice of Skytek in connection with its Users, including any information or documentation provided. This Privacy Policy describes the rights and choices available to Users with respect to their personal information.

Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. Personal information you provide to us through the Service or otherwise includes:

• Contract data such as your first and last name, email, mailing address and phone number
• Registration data such as your username and password that you may set to establish an online account with us, and any content, text and images, along with the metadata associated with the files you upload
• Communications such as any additional information provided when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us
• Applicant data, such as any additional applicant-provided information (e.g. business plans, pitch decks, use of proceeds plans, or relevant social media account information, if applicable)
• Financial data, such as your stated income, economic standing, information about your financial assets and liabilities, employment history and other information necessary to perform a background check or determine your eligibility
• Identity data, such as a national identification number (e.g. tax identification number, and employer identification number)
• Other information about you that you may provide which is not specifically listed here, but which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection

Cookie and Other Information Collected by Automated Means

We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and activity occurring on or through the Service, including but not limited to your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device identifier (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple ID for Advertising), browser type, screen resolution, IP address, the website you visited before browsing to our website, general location information such as city, province or geographic area, information about your use and actions on the Service such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, access times and length of access, and other personal information. • Establish and maintain your account on the Skytek database
• Communicate with you about Skytek Office Solutions, including by sending you announcements, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages
• Respond to your requests, questions and feedback

Research and Development: Skytek Office Solutions collects information regarding your use of the Service for internal use to analyse and improve its Services, including by studying user demographics and the use of this Service.

To comply with the law. Skytek Office Solutions uses your personal information as necessary and appropriate and in compliance with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal processes such as to:

• (a) Respond to requests from government authorities

SKYTEK OFFICE SOLUTIONS — Terms & Conditions

This is a contract between you and SKYTEK OFFICE SOLUTIONS ("Skytek") which stipulates the terms and conditions applicable to your use, in any way whatsoever, of our services, as described on the Skytek website: skytek.ca (hereinafter referred to as the "website").

By accessing or using Skytek, by registering as a Skytek user or accessing our services, you agree to abide by and adhere to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using our services. If you do not agree to the terms herein, you may not access or utilize our services.

In this document, Skytek and all associated services will be referred to as "Skytek" or "service". Any person who uses or has used the service or created an account with Skytek will be referred to as the "User".

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the applicable jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Skytek services.

Skytek may at any time modify the present Agreement, delete any of its clauses or add new clauses by notifying the User through the publication of an amended version of this Agreement on the Skytek website. Any modification will be made unilaterally by Skytek and the User shall accept the modification after receiving such notification. If the User does not express refusal of the modification in writing, the User will be deemed to have accepted it.

Description of the Service

Skytek leverages both private and shared office spaces to build a versatile workspace that caters to permanent, temporary, and mobile/remote staff with built-in scalability to make businesses more responsive to both planned and unforeseen growth curves.

License

You may use Skytek services for personal or commercial purposes. However, Skytek recommends that you check that all services used are free of any licensing requirements. The use of our other services is at your own risk. Skytek cannot be held responsible for any prosecution of other licensing requirements.

Payment

Considering the services provided by Skytek, the User will have to pay the amount indicated for each transaction. Users must pay for the Service by credit card or other means of payment authorized at the time of registration. If the User pays by credit card, they must provide a valid credit card number and billing address when registering. The payment policies for the User may change at any time.

Refund

The User understands that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Skytek reserves the right to cancel an order, and as it is understood in this case, the User will be refunded based on specific termination clauses outlined in the Service Agreement(s). Skytek reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice.

User Behavior / User Responsibility

By using the website, the User agrees not to distribute, download, publish, rent, reproduce, sell, store, transmit or create derivative products from Skytek. The User must comply with all applicable laws regarding the services provided.

The User cannot distribute, post, communicate or store any information on or via the website that:

• (a) Is subject to copyright, unless the User owns it;
• (b) Infringes intellectual property rights, privacy, publicity of a third person;
• (c) Is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, slanderous, obscene, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful or otherwise harmful to the rights of others, including the right to privacy, trademark rights, commercial rights, service rights or property rights of any third party;
• (d) Is sexually explicit;
• (e) Is an advertisement or solicitation of business, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
• (f) Contains viruses, Trojans, digital bombs or any other electronic data whose purpose is to damage, interfere, surreptitiously intercept or hack the system, data or information of Skytek.

The User agrees not to violate the website security which includes:

• (a) Accessing data not intended for the User or connecting to a server or an account to which the User has no right of access;
• (b) Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website or to use a security breach or authorization measures;
• (c) Attempting to recover any information contained on the website by automatic means;
• (d) Attempting to interfere with the services of another User, host or network, including sending a virus, triggering an overload, flooding, spamming or mail bombing; sending unsolicited emails, including promotions and/or advertisements for products or services.

Accessibility of the Service

Skytek cannot be held responsible for any delay, interruption, error or omission in the Service. Although Skytek will do its utmost best to keep the website and services available, Skytek will not be held liable if the website and its services are unavailable at a specific time, as unforeseen circumstances may interfere with the availability of the website or services. Skytek cannot be held responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability as a result.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, in no event shall Skytek, its affiliates, subsidiaries or their respective directors, representatives, employees, suppliers, resellers and distributors (collectively referred to as "Skytek Entities") be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages or any other damages or losses whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, opportunities, revenues, the use of information and resulting or being directly or indirectly related to this Agreement or services, regardless of the reason for action and even if one or more Skytek Entities have been notified of the possibility of such damage or loss, including in particular any damage or loss resulting from or in any way related to delays, errors, interruptions, faults, omissions, non-deliveries, delivery errors, viruses or deficiencies in the transmission of information, material or data via Skytek or third-party systems or network parts.

Skytek Website Usage Information

Saving cookies on the terminal: Cookies are small text files that are usually saved for the duration of the current session, i.e. until the end of the navigation, and sometimes for a longer duration, in the terminal's browser. An exhaustive overview of the cookies we use, with the possibility to oppose the processing of data by cookies ("opt out"), can be found in the table at the end of this data protection declaration.

Identification by session cookies and persistent cookies: If a Skytek user logs in, we may automatically use a cookie to recognize the browser (a so-called "session cookie") and a cookie to recognize the country and province (a persistent cookie) that is deleted after one week. Most browsers accept cookies, but it is possible to set the browser to reject all cookies. In this case, Skytek's website may not work properly. Cookies can be deleted at any time.

Advertising and analytics cookies: These are used on Skytek.ca for the purposes of advertising, analysing and quality control of services provided by third parties. These third parties may install cookies (third-party cookies) and/or web beacons to display region-specific or theme-specific banners when browsing. Third-party cookies may be blocked in the settings of most browsers. It is also possible to disable the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the Disabling website of the Network Advertising Initiative.

Content accessible by a link: The website may contain links to partner websites or to other services. These contents are not the property of Skytek and Skytek therefore cannot be held responsible for the contents accessible by a link on the website. Skytek provides these links for the User's benefit and the content accessible through these links does not benefit from the Skytek guarantee. If the User decides to access this content, the User acknowledges doing so at their own risk. The User must use their independent judgement regarding interactions with websites accessible by a link from the Skytek website.

Applicable Law

This Agreement will be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. The User hereby irrevocably acknowledges the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario and of the federal courts located in Ontario with respect to any dispute in connection with this Agreement. It is prohibited to use the Service in any territory that does not give effect to all the provisions of this Agreement, including in particular this paragraph.
